Cancellation Policy
No cancellation of a trip is allowed once booked. Booking charges shall remain non-refundable. However, In case of a failed transaction, if the payment status is failed – the bank will auto-refund the transaction within 2-3 business days. If the payment status is ‘Success’, write to us at goagroupdeals@gmail.com with your registered phone number/email ID, payment details like order ID, payment reference number, invoices, and a screenshot of the payment and we will check the status & help you at the earliest.
